- When you first enter this room, you can see the drop of blood falling from the ceiling onto the piano keyboard.
- To enter the Music Supplies Room, listen carefully to the sound of the piano keyboard.
- The way to enter the Music Supplies Room is different from the Original ver and Remake ver.
- In the original ver, you can hear a special message when you call a specific number using the phone in this room.
